In 2006, Brian C. Poe founded EAS Technologies, where he serves as CEO. He also founded Deleo Worldwide, the parent company to EAS where he serves as Chairman. Brian Poe is directly responsible for serving thousands of individuals who are looking to remove their names from criminal record databases. Among his pioneering entrepreneurial endeavors, Brian Poe launched the free-of-charge nationwide job placement organization called Hard2Hire, which assists ex-offenders in finding employment. Brian C. Poe is a Trustee of the Kentucky State Chamber of Commerce, an Associate member of the American Bar Association, a member of the NAACP Legal Defense Fund Lexington, and a Bronze Level Trustee of the Lexington Chamber of Commerce. He is a supporter of numerous local and national charities and organizations, including Big Brothers Big Sisters of America, the American Cancer Society, the NAACP Legal Defense Fund, the National Urban League, and many more. Poe founded the children's organization called Kids Helping Kids, which offers assistance and aid to children who have suffered a tragic injury or illness. Poe was also the primary sponsor of the 2003 KHSAA State Baseball Championship Games. Many have recognized Brian C. Poe's success.
